Home Construction
At Great Millennium Homes, we understand that the construction of your new home is a thrilling and pivotal journey for both you and us. We are dedicated to making each step in the building process seamless, ensuring a worry-free experience for you and your family.
Strong Foundation
The excitement is building, quite literally, as we lay the strong foundation for your dream home. Our commitment to quality craftsmanship begins with the very groundwork, ensuring a solid base for the construction journey ahead.

For Your Safety
While we share in your excitement, we prioritize your safety above all. We kindly request that you refrain from visiting the construction site independently. Great Millennium Homes strictly adhere to Health & Safety Standards, and we enforce all policies to ensure a secure environment. Your safety is paramount to us
Framing Walkthrough
Under our Customer Care program, we offer an exclusive Framing Walkthrough appointment. At the electrical stage, just before insulation and drywalling, you will have the opportunity to safely walk through your home. Safety gear is a must, and we provide it for you or feel free to bring your own. This limited 1-hour inspection allows a maximum of 2 adults (purchasers) to ensure safety and a focused walkthrough.

Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)
Your Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) is a crucial step. We’ll contact you prior to your closing date to schedule this appointment. The PDI is your chance to view your completed home, ensuring everything is in working order and meets your expectations. Check out our video guide for a glimpse into a typical PDI appointment.
Closing Day
The much anticipated “closing day” is here. Once everything is finalized, you’ll receive your “house key.” This marks the moment to unload moving trucks, receive new appliances and furniture, and set up service installations. Please note that no moving, deliveries, or installations are permitted until the closing is confirmed.

Grading Certification
Before the municipality can assume control, the Grading Certification is the final step. A professional engineer walks the subdivision with a Great Millennium Homes representative to ensure the grading aligns with approved plans. For a smooth process, any landscaping changes should be deferred until after Grading Certification. We keep you informed with periodic updates on the assumption process.
Safety Excellence
Safety at the Core of Construction.
Focus on your business & let our team of experts handle the rest.
